We are pleased to announce that we have been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the fifth consecutive year. This special designation recognizes the employers that offer the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young professionals just starting their careers. The employers on the list are Canada’s leaders in attracting and retaining younger employees to their organization.

We were selected as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for many reasons, one of which is our Professional Development Program (PDP). This program helps to transition new graduates into the workplace, exposing them to the work that we do and the clients that we partner with. The program also provides the new graduates with opportunities to network with peers in other groups and leadership, and to immerse themselves in our unique Hatch culture.

Upon joining the company, we also match our new graduate hires with peer mentors and encourage them to take advantage of our flat organization by connecting with staff throughout the world.

To ensure that limitless opportunities are made available for our young people to further their development and professional portfolios, we also provide our young professionals with continuing education sessions, which include technical presentations, leadership workshops, career management sessions, in-house training programs, education subsidies, and support for the professional licensing.
