Hatch announces winners of third annual Positive Change Awards
Program recognizes employees committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Toronto, Canada – Global engineering, project management, and professional services firm, Hatch, has announced the winners of its third annual Positive Change Awards. This internal awards program recognizes employees who have made significant contributions to the organization's progress and actively work towards strengthening the company's diverse teams.
The Positive Change Awards celebrate individuals who embody the values outlined in Hatch's Manifesto and have demonstrated exceptional dedication to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace. This year, employees were invited to nominate their colleagues in two categories: Inspirational Woman and Inspirational Ally.
The Inspirational Woman category is open to employees who identify as women and strive to create an inclusive environment and community for all. These remarkable individuals serve as inspirations to their colleagues, leading by example and championing diversity and inclusion. The Inspirational Ally category, on the other hand, recognizes employees who do not identify as women but actively support, sponsor, and mentor their female colleagues. These allies demonstrate a genuine commitment to driving positive change within the organization. The Positive Change Awards winners were selected from each of Hatch's seven regions worldwide.
Pierre Olivier, Hatch's Diversity & Inclusion program manager, expressed his admiration for the award recipients, stating, "Fostering positive change necessitates dedication and tangible steps.
