International Day of Women and Girls in Science
Inspiring change: Hatch celebrates International Day of Women and Girls in Science
International Day of Women and Girls in Science (IDWGS) is celebrated globally to promote the participation of women in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.
We recognize the challenges facing our professions, and the barriers to women participating in this meaningful work. As a project and construction management, engineering, and professional services firm, we have a responsibility to promote and encourage more diversity within the STEM fields.
Across the globe, we work with industry organizations and academia to encourage and cultivate a robust pipeline for increased female representation. In honor of IDWGS, we are shining a spotlight on some of those impactful organizations whose work is changing the face of STEM.
