Brisbane, Australia—Hatch has been awarded the Endorsed Employer for Women accreditation for 2021 from WORK180, an organization that pre-screens employers to ensure they have policies and benefits in place to support women’s careers.

WORK180 is a recruitment website focused on removing barriers to women in the workplace by empowering women during the job seeking process. Accredited companies that are able to post on WORK180’s job board must prove their commitment to diversity and inclusion and share information on company benefits and policies that work for women. Only 80 percent of companies that apply to become an Endorsed Employer meet the criteria.

On the site, users are able to gain insight into how the accredited companies support women in the workplace. WORK180 publishes information on all accredited companies in the areas of community engagement, employee engagement, employee support, flexible work, inclusion & diversity, leadership in gender equality, leave, parental support, pay equity, professional development, women in leadership. Hatch has a range of benefits and policies in place to support women’s careers including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and paid parental leave.
