Why do you believe in diversity and inclusion?
I believe in creating diversity within a team as it provides the opportunity for a more creative and divergent way of thinking. Although the solutions provided by others may not be stereotypical, moving forward we need to embrace these differing opinions and work together to propel Hatch forward.
What do you think we need to do as individuals to improve inclusivity?
As individuals, I think we need to encourage, support, and mentor those around us. We should be acting like leaders by giving others the room and opportunity to grow.
What does positive change mean to you?
To me, positive change means taking responsibility. I believe that actions speak louder than words, therefore, we should be holding each other accountable to ensure we can foster an environment where everyone feels welcome.
What do you think are the toughest challenges facing our clients?
I believe that the toughest challenges revolve around key performance indicators, especially surrounding diversity.
