A true believer of equal rights and opportunities, Parshin implements this principal in his decision-making and way of life—creating open spaces for interactive group discussions, and ensuring participants feel comfortable to share their experiences and ideas. Parshin advocates for gender equality in engineering, intentionally building his team with this in mind and empowering others to do the same.
