I am a strong advocate for equity and recognition of women’s contributions, striving to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • What do you think are the toughest challenges facing your clients?
One of the toughest challenges facing our clients is the sheer scale and complexity of projects in our industry, which often exceeds the capabilities of any single company to manage effectively. Clients struggle with how to deliver these projects successfully. At Hatch, we recognize that building strong relationships—with our clients and other companies—is crucial. These partnerships enable us to approach projects collaboratively, achieving outcomes that exceed expectations.
  • What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the family my husband and I have built, raising three incredible children who bring us joy every day.  Professionally, I take pride in my career journey. I’ve always embraced challenges, seeking roles that push me to grow. I love being part of such a dynamic team that goes above and beyond for our clients.
  • What do you like most about working at Hatch? How do you think the Hatch culture is different from other companies?
What I like most about working at Hatch is unequivocally the people. This company has consistently supported and encouraged me to pursue my passions, opening doors when I’ve advocated for opportunities. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors like Pierre Turcotte who challenge me outside my comfort zone while providing unwavering support when needed.
