Hatch announces winners of fourth annual Positive Change Awards
Program recognizes employees committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Toronto, Canada – Global engineering, project management, and professional services firm, Hatch, is thrilled to unveil the winners of its third annual Positive Change Awards! This vibrant internal program celebrates employees who have made remarkable strides in advancing the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts.
The Inspirational Woman category honors employees who identify as women and are trailblazers in fostering an inclusive environment and community for all. These inspiring individuals lead by example, championing diversity and inclusion every step of the way.
The Inspirational Ally category celebrates employees who, while not identifying as women, passionately support, sponsor, and mentor their female colleagues. These allies are true advocates for positive change within the organization. Winners were selected from each of Hatch's seven regions worldwide, showcasing the global impact of their efforts.
New this year, the Diverse and Inclusive Design category recognizes a project team that has crafted an innovative and inclusive solution using our D&I Design principles. Their groundbreaking work sets a new standard for inclusive design. We are ecstatic to announce that the Kenmare Larger Dredge Project has clinched the first-ever Diverse and Inclusive Design Award!
