Mississauga, Canada – For the seventh year in a row, Hatch has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People by Mediacorp Canada Inc. (Mediacorp), publishers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers program. Winners were announced in a special feature in today's issue of the Globe and Mail.

Open to companies of any size headquartered in Canada, the editors of the Canada's Top 100 Employers awards evaluate workplaces in terms of the programs they have to attract and retain younger workers just starting their careers.

Hatch’s flat, connected organization means that young people have access to learn from the organization’s leaders, and their youth helps revitalize every generation of new Hatch colleagues.

“Our culture offers more than working relationships, and it needs to be maintained and cherished, and the younger generation is a big part of that,” said Stéphane Raymond, Regional Managing Director for Eastern Canada.

Some of the initiatives available to Hatch’s young professionals includes the Professional Development Program, aimed at helping new graduates transition into the workplace. The program strives to expose new grads to the work that Hatch does and the clients that Hatch partners with as well as provide opportunities to meet and network with peers in other groups and with leadership, and lastly, immerses them into the Hatch culture.

Speaking of Hatch’s workplace, young professional Maéva Chrzaszcz says, “It's been great to connect with my peers in person rather than online, and it’s a great place to share ideas and opinions and have open discussions with experienced colleagues.”
