Hatch certified as a Great Place to Work® in Brazil for second year in a row

Hatch has been certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW) in Brazil for second year in a row. Great Place to Work is a global consultancy that supports organizations to achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation. Their certification program demonstrates to the market which organizations are employers of choice while also helping those organizations become even better workplaces through reporting, analysis, and next steps to enable an even more successful culture.

Accredited companies conduct a survey of employees and complete a culture brief, identifying the strengths of a company’s culture and practices, as well as areas and opportunities for improvement. Those results are then benchmarked against 30 years of research to quantify the current state of the workplace and compare it to the best organizations.

This year, Hatch’s survey results were exemplary:

• Our evaluation from employees was higher than the average of the best 150 Brazilian companies
• Our company was evaluated at level 5 (best) in the Leadership Journey, where only 29% of the 150 best in Brazil are ranked
• Our level of diagnosis in Environment for Innovation is in the accelerated stage, where only 22% of the 150 best companies are ranked.
