Top Graduate Employers List 2022

For the fifth year in a row, Hatch has been named one of the Top 75 Graduate Employers by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers. The Top Graduate Employers ranking represents workplaces which foster a positive and valuable experience for new graduates entering the workforce, proving a definitive guide to the best places to work for graduates in Australia.

This year’s Top Graduate Employers list was created from a survey of over 3,000 graduates conducted between November and December 2021, the participants having participated in a graduate program for up to 12 months with a registered organisation. The survey is anonymous, and graduates are asked to rate their employer on twenty-five different categories, including company culture, work/life balance, compensation and benefits, quality of work, and training and development.

Endorsing one of the best professional-development programs, Hatch was ranked the number one graduate program in Australia’s engineering and mining industry.
