Hatch recognized with an award by the Colombian Security Council
Hatch was recently awarded the highest recognition granted by the Colombian Safety Council, acknowledging its commitment and performance in matters of occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
Through a “Registro Uniforme para Contratistas” audit—a health and safety evaluation and monitoring system— our Colombian office obtained the highest score among the six finalists, chosen from the 200 participating companies. This win speaks directly to our Manifesto value of achieving no harm.
The virtual award ceremony was attended by important representatives of organizations linked to occupational safety, such as Dr. Adriana Solano, president of the Colombian Safety Council, and Dr. Juan Alberto Zapata, Antioquia Regional Manager. On behalf of Hatch, Alejandro Robledo, General Manager, and Leslie Samara García, Director of Occupational Health and Safety, both from the Colombia office, participated.
This award acknowledges the constant commitment acquired, which is reflected in the continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the protection of the environment. The above is directly linked to the company’s corporate Manifesto; specifically with the value of Zero Harm and the commitment to the search for a better world through positive changes.
“We are very grateful and proud of this recognition that highlights the commitment and performance of organizations like ours. This award motivates us to continue with our health and safety objectives and to strive for continuous improvement while seeking operational excellence in our health and safety management system." -Alejandro Robledo, General Manager Hatch Colombia.
