Michael Houen joins Hatch as director of smart port strategy

Michael joins Hatch after having spent nearly twenty years at Patrick Terminals, where his vision and leadership were instrumental to the successful pioneering of terminal automation with automated straddle carriers. His expertise provides a unique insight into the technical and organizational challenges of building and operating automated facilities and the need to craft solutions that deliver the key objective of “adapting to thrive” in a rapidly changing industry that is being driven forward by the digital revolution.
