Jeff Crosby

Jeff Crosby is a chartered professional accountant with more than 30 years of experience, currently serving as the chief financial officer responsible for Hatch’s global finance and accounting functions.

Jeff led Hatch’s shared services group to establish several new entities around the globe, applying due diligence and coordinating integrations for many acquisitions. He was appointed chief financial officer in January 2024, overseeing a global team of 200 professionals.

He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he remained for eight years before moving to Acres Incorporated in 2000 as corporate controller. Joining Hatch in 2004, Jeff progressed into the role of global director of finance and accounting where he managed the global financial statements, monthly reporting, treasury, and insurance while simultaneously overseeing finance operations in South America.

Jeff holds a bachelor of commerce in accounting and finance from McMaster University and has taken additional accounting courses from the University of Toronto as part of his CPA designation and membership.
